What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a visual, non-destructive examination. It is intended to report on the overall condition of the home, and recommend courses of action if needed. Recommendations will be made during the inspection as well as useful information and maintenance tips.
A typical home inspection takes 2-3 hours to complete, and clients are encouraged to attend.
Some homes have items that are considered "accessories" such as solar panels, hot tubs/saunas, whole house generators, etc. While arrangements can be made to have these items inspected, they are outside the scope of the standard home inspection.
