NJ Standard Of Practice

We adhere to the NJ Home Inspection Standards of Practice, and the InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

 The Standards of Practice outlines the scope of a home inspection. It is important that clients have realistic expectations and understand what is included in their inspection. 

Other Inspections

Brick House Home Inspection partners with trustworthy sources to perform any additional inspections.
 We will arrange to have other inspections take place at the same time as the home inspection when possible.

Scheduling

Flexible scheduling  is available seven days a week. Can't be at the inspection, we will give you a call and review our report to answer any questions.

Payment is expected at the time of inspection.  We offer a variety of simple payment options, including cash, check or Visa/Mastercard /Discover (service fee applies).
